Visitors guidelines and informations
Bags and backpacks must be stored in the lockers provided free of charge.
Access and services for disabled visitors.
In the exhibition rooms:
• umbrellas, animals, food and drinks, prams and pushchairs are not permitted (baby carriers are allowed)
• smartphones must be kept on silent mode
• photography and video recording are not permitted
The Bonus Docente and 18App payment systems are not active.
Parking for Disabled Persons
A disabled person, with a valid parking permit, may park:
1. Alternatively, free of charge, in regular spaces marked with blue lines if reserved spaces are not available. The permit must be displayed.
2.In reserved spaces, when available, specifically: one space on Via Santa Caterina in front of the Museum, two spaces in Piazza Matteotti, two spaces in Borgo Mazzini, one space on Via Stangade, and one space on Via Carlo Alberto.
All parking spots are very close to the Museum, where the exhibition is held. The permit must be displayed.
